The AI Legal Assistant does not answer from general memory. It reads a knowledge base loaded in advance, and answers only within what that base contains.
The base currently covers secured transaction registration: Decree 99/2022/ND-CP on the registration of security interests; Decree 21/2021/ND-CP implementing the Civil Code on securing the performance of obligations; Ministry of Finance circulars on fee levels; and the accompanying set of registration forms, in both Vietnamese and English.
All of these are downloadable from the Documents section of this site. You download them to read the original; the assistant reads them to answer you — the same source either way.
The base is extended as new texts appear. If you need a document that is not yet listed, get in touch and it can be added.
