A secured-transaction registration file has dozens of fields that get retyped by hand from a scan. The software reads the scan with AI and fills the portal form directly.

Takes files as PDF, as Word, or straight from unread mail in the inbox
AI reads the scan and pulls out names, ID numbers, addresses, contract numbers and effective dates
Fills the form on the NRAST portal inside the officer's own browser
Matches provinces after the 2025 merger, even when the file still uses the old province name
Adds each mortgagor in turn when a file has several of them

An assistant that reads the law

Decrees, circulars and forms are loaded into a knowledge base. The assistant answers from what is actually in there, and does not make things up.

Reads PDF and Word files on its own

Cross-references the national database to flag assets already registered or under dispute.

Listening to a child and scoring every sound

An AI teacher holds a back-and-forth conversation in English, scores the pronunciation word by word and explains in Vietnamese. The child just speaks — no buttons to press.

Why this part costs nothing

The business software already pays for the team, so nothing here has to pay for anyone. The autism handbook and the four learning apps all started as something needed at home: a child who had to learn, a teacher who needed material. Once it was built, letting other people use it costs us nothing more. We run no advertising, ask for no phone number and keep no data about the child — a child's scores stay on the child's own device.
